Shortly after retiring the company I had worked for sent me a letter stating they had over paid me several thousand dollars and demanded I repay the over payment or they would reduce my pension payout to recoup the over payment, I was devastated. I contacted a law group and nearly a year later Mr. Bartlett was given my case. He made contact and after gathering the info from me, he contacted my former employer and was able to work out the details without having to go to court and was able to get an agreement from them to drop the case against me. Without Mr. Bartlett I am not sure the outcome would have been the same. I would not hesitate to contact him again if needed.
