Brad has practiced civil litigation in San Diego North County for more than 37 years. A past President of the North County Bar Association, Brad’s clients have included Home Depot, the City of Carlsbad, Sparkletts, La Quinta, McDaniel Fruit Packing Company and Pauley Equipment Rentals.

For over 25 years, Brad has been rated by Martindale-Hubbell “AV Preeminent,” the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards. Among many legal accomplishments, Brad has successfully tried cases against the U.S. Government, including for a verdict in excess of three million dollars.

In addition to acting as of counsel to our firm, Brad maintains an active mediation practice, serving on the Superior Court panel of mediators. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Palomar College and John Paul the Great Catholic University, where he teaches courses in the legal aspects of real estate and business.

Brad has served as the President of the San Dieguito River Valley Land Conservancy. He has also been actively involved in North County real estate, where he has developed more than 30,000 square feet of commercial space.

Brad graduated cum laude from University of California, Los Angeles in 1973 and received his J.D. from the University of San Diego, where he graduated cum laude in 1980.

Brad has been a resident of San Diego North County for more than 60 years, where he and his wife raised their family of three children.
