Ben has enjoyed a diverse civil practice, litigating cases in federal and state court, involving trust disputes, financial elder abuse, business disputes, breach of contract, personal injury and wrongful death. Ben has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, ranging from individuals to multinational businesses.

In all his cases, big and small, Mr. Bartlett represents his clients with zeal, assertiveness and professionalism, achieving consistently excellent results on their behalf.

Prior to forming his own firm, Ben worked for a preeminent litigation firm in Los Angeles. He also worked as an associate at his father’s law firm, Bartlett & Lievers, where he received unique insight and mentorship in the practice of law. Prior to working with his father, Ben was a summer associate at the international law firm Heller Ehrman, and a federal judicial extern for the Honorable William B. Shubb.

Ben received his J.D. from the University of California, Davis where he graduated in the top 10% of his class and Order of the Coif. He graduated cum laude with a B.A. from the University of California, San Diego.

Ben was born and raised in Escondido, where he now lives with his family. He is proficient in written and spoken Spanish.
